The Coastal Community Association encourages new members to join and help protect the property rights of home and property owners along Scenic route C-30A, Cape San Blas and Indian Pass. Regular Membership

Property owners in Gulf County, FL along Scenic route C-30A, Cape San Blas and Indian Pass as stated in our bylaws section 1.01. These are voting memberships.
Membership cost is $35.00 with annual renewals of $35.00 per year. 


Associate Memberships

Individual - Property owners in Gulf County but outside the geographic boundaries outlined in our bylaws section 1.01.

Business - Incorporated in the State of Florida with primary commercial activities in Gulf County.

Homeowner Association - Incorporated in the State of Florida representing properties in Gulf County.

Associate Memberships are non-voting but can serve in an advisory capacity on committees and special boards. Associate members may not serve on the Executive Board or chair any committees or special boards.

Associate Membership cost is $100.00 annually.

MEMBERSHIP FACTS

CCA's fiscal year is the calendar year.
CCA has one annual membership meeting per year. The Board meets at least monthly.
CCA represents hundreds of local and out- of-state property owners in South Gulf County, as well as many local businesses.
CCA is a 501(c)(4) non profit corporation.
