This year, we?re pleased to announce that our special guests will be mystery author,
Alafair Burke, and Chuck Sambuchino, editor of Guide to Literary Agents.
They will join our accomplished faculty for another wonderful year of inspiration and education. Past presenters include, Jim Pascoe, Jim Huang, Margaret Coel, Benjamin M. LeRoy, editor of Bleak House Books; judge and novelist Terry Lewis; poet, novelist and writing professor, Lynn Wallace; literary agents, Mark Ryan and Cricket Pechstein; fiction writer and English professor, Douglas Wells; fiction writer and newspaper columnist, Tony Simmons; novelist, River Jordan; novelist and reporter, S. V. Date; novelist, columnist, and screenwriter, Michael Lister.
In addition to covering the elements of craft, we will be hosting the September meeting of the Florida Chapter of the Mystery Writers of America and host the Horror Writers Association.
A new Reader?s Corner will take place on Friday evening.
